PROFILE AND POLICIES

• Treatments are performed by highly experienced, fully qualified and insured therapists. All Beauty Therapists are fully insured for personal and product liability.
  

• Appointments are available in the privacy and comfort of your home, workplace, conference or events or any other pre-arranged location in and around London. To book a beauty treatment, please send us a booking enquiry directly from our website or contact us on +44 (0) 781 762 8601.
  

• Beauty treatments are available 7 days a week between 9am and 9pm. Bookings may be available at other times by special arrangement
  

• Please pay your therapist for your beauty treatment by cheque made payable to Inside Out Mobile Beauty Ltd. The total cost of your beauty treatments will be confirmed with you prior to your appointment. Gratuities are welcome and very much appreciated but never expected. Please give the gratuity in cash directly to your therapist.

• Minimum callout fee of £40 to a single location with multiple clients welcome.

• If you need to cancel your beauty treatment please give us at least 24 hours notice.

• Treatment prices are subject to change without prior notification.

• An additional charge of £8.00 will be added to the total beauty treatment price for bookings within the Congestion Zone during charging hours.

• Therapists have to bring along a large amount of products, equipment and towelling to ensure that they provide you with the highest standard of treatments. Bearing this in mind, if you reside on a road which allows for residential parking only, please provide the therapist with a visitors parking permit for the duration of her stay. Ideally a parking spot should be allocated in advance but as this not always possible, please note that any parking charges are to be levied to the client.
  

• Feel welcome to contact us via email or telephone to discuss any queries or reservations you may have regarding your treatment.
  

• In order for your therapist to provide the best possible treatment for you, she will arive 10 minutes prior to your booking time to set up equipment and products. Please ensure that the therapist has adequate space, sufficient lighting, access to an electrical supply and hot water.
  

• If a therapist is kept waiting outside for longer than 15 minutes into your allocated treatment time without prior warning, it will be considered as a cancellation and the full treatment charge will apply.

• In the event of you being late for a treatment, you will receive only the remaining time of your allocated booking time. Depending on the therapists availability, she may be able to provide you with the full length of the treatment, but an extra cost may apply.

• In the interest of both parties safety, we reserve the right to refuse a treatment if we deem it necessary.
